Return & Refund Policy

General Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

Return Parcel Details

If applicable, we will send our delivery partner to collect your return. Please add the below details clearly on your return parcel:

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Policy

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

Refunds NOT Accepted If:

  • You change your mind
  • Your circumstances change
  • You find cheaper products elsewhere

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized Items• Perishable goods

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund or replacement. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you've used during the purchase.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)

If a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available, the customer will be issued a full refund. The refund will not include any delivery charges.

Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item ONE time, provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
